2010 kicks off mixing the debut album for Black Casino And The Ghost.

Black Casino And The Ghost are Elisa Zoot and Ariel Lerner.

Elisa and Ariel met in a recording studio in Rome, started making music together and then decided to move to London, where they founded Black Casino and the Ghost in 2008.

Inspired by the works of bands like Pink Floyd, Calexico, The Doors, Morphine and Radiohead, they are currently working on their Tex Mex-Spaghetti Western-Psychedelic-Proto-Klezmer-Punk debut album, to be completed by the Autumn with a target release date of March 2010.

The songs will feature Ariel on guitars + Moogs and Elisa on vocals + keys + toys, plus the rhythm section of Andy Treacey on drums and Stan on bass, a lovely pair who shares a long history touring together with bands like Faithless and Groove Armada.

Once the album is completed the band will begin touring to help spread the word, leading up to the release.
